In this unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your order, we invite you to review the following terms refund terms:
• Payment issues (identical orders, double payment, etc.);
• Writer does not meet required deadline.
• Substantial level of plagiarized material (more than 20%) is detected in the paper and an official plagiarism report is presented;
• The research is off-topic or does not match the requirements that were clearly stated by the client in the order description, resulting in a non-passing grade (D or Less).
Kindly be informed that if you are not satisfied* with the overall quality of the paper you have received, you may request a partial refund. All refund requests are processed on a case-by-case basis and demand a flexible approach due to the originality of each paper. In this case, we will send the paper to our independent Quality Assurance Department for further review.
If the paper is less than 30 pages, you must apply for a refund within 14 days after receipt of the final paper. If the paper is 30 pages or more, you must apply for a refund within 30 days after receipt of the final paper. Please allow 48 hours for the review process. During this time, one of our Quality Assurance Analysts will independently review the paper. You may be asked for additional material or evidence to support your refund request. Once the review has been completed, the analyst will evaluate the refund amount based on the percentage of incorrect content.
If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of request, a full refund will be provided. This does not apply to orders due within 24 hours. If additional instructions are received after the initial order, an additional fee will be assessed. The Blu Ty Co. reserves the right to deny additional instructions sent within 24 hours of the deadline.
If a refund is requested, you relinquish the right to use the paper or any additional materials we provide. All materials become property of our Company and we reserve the right to publish the paper online for commercial purposes. Once the paper is published online, plagiarism software will link the paper back to our website. This is done to protect our writers’ work in cases where you claim a refund for a paper that has already been completed.

*Please note: We do not guarantee any particular grade, simply that it is passing (C or above); therefore, you are not eligible for a refund based on instructor evaluation. Proof of a failing grade must be presented upon request for refund.
